This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing use of Klipzy by Ravon Tech Solutions Ltd. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using Klipzy, you agree to comply with this AUP.
3.1 Permitted Use
Klipzy may be used to process, clip, and export video content for lawful personal, commercial, or creative purposes, provided you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.
3.2 Prohibited Content
You must not upload, process, or distribute through Klipzy any content that:
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights;
- Violates any individual's privacy, publicity rights, or data protection rights;
- Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, or constitutes hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin;
- Contains or depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — this is a strict absolute prohibition and will be reported to law enforcement;
- Contains non-consensual intimate imagery or "deepfake" pornography;
- Promotes, incites, or glorifies violence, terrorism, or extremist ideologies;
- Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code;
- Constitutes misinformation or disinformation intended to deceive or harm;
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
3.3 Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use Klipzy to produce synthetic media (deepfakes) designed to deceive others about the identity or statements of a real person without their consent;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Klipzy platform;
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service in ways not permitted by our API terms;
- Attempt to circumvent any security features, rate limits, or access controls;
- Use the service in a way that could damage, overburden, or impair the platform's infrastructure;
- Resell or sublicence access to the service without our prior written consent;
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate any person or entity, or submit false or misleading information;
- Use the service in connection with any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal scheme.
3.4 Platform Terms Compliance
When creating content intended for publication on third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, etc.), you are solely responsible for ensuring that both the source content and the published clips comply with those platforms' terms of service, community guidelines, and copyright policies. Klipzy accepts no responsibility for content removed or accounts suspended by third-party platforms.
3.5 Enforcement
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:
- Remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP;
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice or refund for serious or repeated violations;
- Report illegal content or activities to relevant law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies;
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
We are not obligated to actively monitor all content processed through the platform, but we will act promptly upon becoming aware of violations.
We have a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
3.6 Reporting Violations
If you become aware of content or activity on Klipzy that violates this AUP, please report it to us at klipzy.contact@gmail.com. Include as much detail as possible to assist our investigation.
3.7 Updates
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of Klipzy after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
