Refund & Billing Policy

Terms of Service Privacy Policy Acceptable Use Cookie Policy Refund & Billing

This Refund and Billing Policy governs all payments made to Ravon Tech Solutions Ltd for access to the Klipzy service. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy.

5.1 Pricing Plans

Klipzy offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free — available at no charge, no credit card required. Includes limited features as described on our pricing page;
  • Starter — $7.99/month;
  • Pro — $9.99/month;
  • Business — $19.99/month.

All paid plans are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront charge. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your chosen billing cycle.

All prices are listed in USD. Currency conversion charges may apply depending on your bank or card provider.

5.3 Billing Cycle

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month from the date of first payment. Annual subscriptions are billed on the anniversary of your initial annual payment. If a billing date falls on a non-business day, you may be charged on the next available business day.

5.4 Free Trial and Free Tier

The Free tier requires no credit card and grants access to the service within the limits of the free plan. We may offer promotional free trials of paid plans from time to time. Trial terms will be clearly stated at the point of sign-up.

5.5 Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at klipzy.contact@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for the remaining days of a billing period following cancellation, except where required by law.

5.7 Refunds

Our general policy is that all sales are final once a billing period has commenced, except:

  • Where required by UK consumer law — if you are a UK consumer and have not yet used the service in a billing period, you may be entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided you have not commenced use of the service during that period. Once you have used the service (e.g. processed a video), the right to cancel under the cooling-off period is forfeited;
  • Technical failures — if a confirmed technical fault on our part prevents you from accessing or using the service for a substantial portion of a billing period, we will evaluate refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis;
  • Duplicate charges — if you are charged twice for the same period due to a billing error, we will promptly issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.

5.8 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to retry the charge. If the charge cannot be collected after reasonable retries, your account may be downgraded to the Free tier or suspended until payment is resolved. We accept no liability for interruption to service resulting from a failed payment.

5.9 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it applies to existing subscribers. Continued subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5.10 Taxes

Prices displayed may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable under your local law. Where we are required to collect VAT or similar taxes, these will be displayed at checkout.
